Stage Fright: Who needs it? is a book based on a study done by Dr. Goodman’s in 2012. It was the largest study in the world on stage fright in working actor/singers. It is stage fright under a microscope, throwing aside many myths and misconceptions surrounding one of the most common fears among human kind. More than anything, it proposes a view of performance that prevents stage fright from occurring.
The Fish who had Fingers is a wonderful story of a fish who was born with fingers. His whole life he was treated as someone with a disability until he comes across a shipwreck and a toy piano. The audio book version of this story contains music and sound effects and truly brings the characters to life. This was the very first time the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) psychometric test was applied to fictional literary characters.
The Castle of Mud is one of Dr. Goodman’s favorite works. It is preventative medicine for every child, allowing them to understand the behavior of bullying from inside the mind of a bully. The music and sound effects make this one of the most special books in Dr. Goodman’s collection.

Invasion of the Belief Creatures is a self-help coloring book that covers the major areas of life and how beliefs affect those areas. It is short and to the point with illustrations by writer, producer, director, Butch Hartman.
The Antelope and the Baby Kangaroo is a free audio book by Gordon Goodman about a baby kangaroo and a rather annoying baby antelope, who is driven to compete and be superior to others. It is a fable reminiscent of Rudyard Kipling, using animals to explain some of our less attractive human traits.
These are just a few of Gordon Goodman’s books. In addition to his books, Gordon has written over a dozen musicals and many scripts.
